Villa Franka detached house is located in Nedešćina, on the eastern coast of the Istrian peninsula, 5 km away from the Town of Labin and 10 km away from beautiful beaches in Rabac. This 7-room Villa ( 250 m2 on 2 floors) consists of two Apartments (the Modern and the Classic) which can accomodate up to 10 people. It is situated at a peaceful and sunny location with a large courtyard dominated by a biodesign pool with hydromassage and a detached pool house with kitchen/living room, bathroom and children's room.
From the private fenced courtyard (the area of which is 3.200 m2) which includes a garden, an orchard, a vineyard, a flower alley and an outdoor children's playground there is a view over the bell tower of the parish church of Holy Trinity, situated at the center of the town Nedešćina.

An open concept kitchen (equipped with a dishwasher, 4 cooktops in glas-ceramics, a freezer with water dispenser, a microwave with a grill, an electric coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster and other small kitchen appliances), a living room/dining room with a table and chairs, a children corner for a kids of all ages, a satellite TV (flat screen/flat TV and a video game console), a ceiling fan, a toilet/WC, Internet (free WiFi).
The biodesign open-air swimming pool (50m2) is 130 cm deep, of an unconventional shape, equipped with 4 seats with hydromassage jets for hydrotherapy of the back, each with three air nozzless - which makes 4 water and 12 air nozzles in total. There is also an air geyser with 16 air nozzles at the bottom off pool, with natural stone used as decoration in the pool and with 3 LED pool lights allong the edge of the pool, a remote control unit designet for romantic moments and relaxation, as well as a shallow pond for children. Close to the pool there is an outdoor shower.
A fenced courtyard (surface of approx. 3200 m2) is paved with lawn grass for children to play, as well as with various evergreen and decidous trees, flowerbeds and fruit trees (apple tree, quince tree, plum tree, fig tree, walnut tree, grapevine, pear tree, nut tree, kiwi tree etc.), olive trees and a vineyard.
Throughout the year You can enjoy fresh and organic fruit from the surrounding trees and vineyard.
We dedicate a special attention to treating the orchard with biologic and organic fertilizers and pesticides, as well as a selective waste collection.
In the garden, next to the pool, there is a flower alley full of various evergreen plants and indigenous flowers. It is covered by a walkway and grapevine.
Among multi-colored hydrangeas and the chirping of birds You can relax on the bench, read Your favourite book and drink Your First cup of coffee.

Labin is an old medieval town located on the eastern coast of the Istrian peninsula, on the 320 meters high hill above Rabac, only about 3 kilometers from the sea and about 40 kilometers from Pula.
Old name of Labin is Albona. The town was first mentioned in 285 AD. It has rich history and many monuments and buildings to remind us of it. The church tower built in the XVII. century is the highest point of the town offering a beautiful view of Rabac and Kvarner Bay.
Rabac is a small town whose inhabitants were formerly engaged in fishing, but the town is today a wonderful tourist destination called "Pearl of Kvarner", which attracts visitors because of its pristine nature, beautifully landscaped beaches, seaside promenade, excellent gastronomy, diverse quality tourist accommodation and numerous activities.
Istria is the largest peninsula and the westernmost part of Croatia, which is located on the northern coastline of the Adriatic Sea.
Istrian coastline is 445 km long. Next to the coast there are many smaller and larger islands, some of which have been inhabited since ancient times, and some are intact and attract the visitors with their virginal beauty and nature. Istria is adorned with unspoiled natural landscapes, crystal clear sea water, numerous natural pristine sea bays and coves with beautiful beaches.

Wir haben uns mit Kindern im super gepflegtem Haus und wunderschönen Außenanlage sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Urlaub erholsam verbracht. Alles was Kinder und Erwachsene benötigen war vorhanden und bis ins kleineste Detail bedacht. Unsere hervorragenden sehr lieben Gastgeber waren immer für Fragen oder Hilfe da ohne jemals zu stören. Alles was man benötigt wie Essen und Trinken war zu Fuß bequem erreichbar. Ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt um verschieden schöne Strände und Buchten aufzusuchen sowie Touren in Istrien zu unternehmen alles sehr kurz und einfach erreichbar.
Goods in September for 10 days in the beautiful Villa Franka (6 adults, one child). This is a house that is divided into two flats. The first apartment has two bathrooms, two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and a lounge. The second apartment was equipped with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen and dining room. In addition, a small room incl. Washing machine was available. Outside, the pool and the pool house, including kitchen, couch, dining table, game room was (with lots of toys fitted) and toilet. The pool is wonderful for children as a side rather flat and the other side is deep. Overall, everything was there, which one needs. A beautiful, large garden incl. Barbecue completes the whole. The apartments and grounds were well kept. Kudos also to the owner, we did not miss anything and the hospitality was huge !! Have felt very comfortable.
Als zehn Freunde sind wir angereist und nach einer Woche als Freunde wieder nach Hause gefahren. Die Villa Franka bietet wunderbare Möglichkeiten, zusammen zu kommen oder sich zurück zu ziehen, je nach Bedarf. Fünf gemütlich eingerichtete Zimmer mit vier modernen Bädern halten ausreichend Platz für so viele Leute bereit. Alles kann, nichts muss. Gemeinsames Frühstück vor dem Poolhaus an der langen Tafel, laue Abende mit leckerem Grillgut oder auch mal dem Pott Spaghetti. Frische Kräuter aus dem Garten. Äpfel und Feigen, die darauf warten, gepflückt zu werden. Und nicht zu vergessen: Die kulinarische Versorgung durch Denis und Feruco. Kroatische Leckereien für die Mägen der ankommenden Gäste und viel Futter fürs Herz. Die Wärme, das Willkommen-Sein, die Gastfreundschaft – bei Denis und Feruco ist das gelebte Wirklichkeit. Die Villa Franka ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und von zu Hause kennt. Und wenn doch mal was fehlt…reicht ein kleiner Wink. Fußläufig gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt und das Weingut Romeo mit leckerem Wein und Grappa. Der Strand in Rabac ist 10 km entfernt und mit dem Auto problemlos zu erreichen. Pula, Porec, Rovinji (wunderschön) und andere Städte erreicht man gut mit dem Auto in jeweils maximal einer Stunde. Wer die Seele baumeln lassen möchte, fernab vom Touristengetöse und trotzdem hin und wieder eintauchen möchte in Kultur und Trubel, ist hier genau am richtigen Ort.
Die Unterkunft war toll! Super ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich und haben sich um alles gekümmert. Es war einfach toll!
Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par les propriétaires, qui nous ont permis de passer un séjour inoubliable dans un cadre verdoyant et également par leurs suggestions de visites, dégustation de produits régionaux et leur réservation d'excursion.
Eigentlich wollen wir gar nicht verrraten, wie toll es in der Villa Franka ist. Dann haben wir sie für uns ganz allein 😉 Aber natürlich liegt es uns sehr am Herzen, dass diese wunderbaren Vermieter Denis und Feruco viele nette Gäste in ihrer Villa begrüßen werden. Die Villa lässt keine Wünsche offen: viel Platz (wir waren zu 11.), top ausgestattet von Klimaanlage bis Gasgrill alles da. Der Pool und der Garten sind ein Traum, aber auch in den Zimmern kann man sich einfach nur wohlfühlen. Es ist alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, ganz geschmackvoll eingerichtet. 2 Minuten Fußweg entfernt liegt ein kleiner Markt mit Bäckerei, ein Geldautomat, eine Post und eine tolle Pizzeria. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen, es gab nicht auszusetzen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder
Großzügige und mit allem ausgestattete Villa. Das beste war der Pool und das Poolhaus. Riesiger gepflegter Garten, sehr kinderfreundlich. Garten mit Spielsachen und ein Spielzimmer im Poolhaus, was den Kids besonders gut gefiel. Die Vermieter waren sehr herzlich. Von uns 5 Sterne. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Können die Villa Franka nur wärmstens empfehlen. Sehr freundliche und Kinderliebe Besitzer . Wir werden wieder kommen.
Wir haben mit 6 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern, im Alter zwischen 1 und 6 Jahren, einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Villa Franka verbracht. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Denis und Feruco empfangen, der Kühlschrank war mit istrischen Köstlichkeiten und mehr gefüllt. Für die Kids war alles ganz liebevoll vorbereitet. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet und der grosse Garten sehr gepflegt.Der Hit ist das Poolhaus und der Pool , hier haben wir die meiste Zeit zusammen verbracht. Wir können die Villa Franka und die herzlichen Vermieter nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Hier stimmt einfach alles. Die Besitzer sind super lieb nett und hilfsbereit. Die Villa ist der absolute Wahnsinn alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Das Kinderzimmer ist gigantisch sowas habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Es ist alles mit so viel Liebe eingereicht hergerichtet und ausgestattet. Ankommen auspacken zuhause sein. Es ist wirklich der absolute Traum und wir kommen definitiv wieder. Die Besitzer sind super hilfsbereit bei allen Fragen und so herzige Menschen. Freuen uns aufs nächste mal.
Hier stimmt einfach alles. Die Gastgeber sind sehr sehr nett. Im Poolhaus mit angrenzenden Spielzimmer für die Kinder fehlt es an nichts, aber auch im haus selber ist alles vorhanden. Ich kann nur schreiben 1+ mit Sternchen.
